ITTATY AGUILAR-GUZMAN

  • Has your art or business impacted your experience as a student? How has your campus impacted your journey in any way?

Beading and the arts was started as a hobby 10+ years ago, but since youth we would immerse ourselves in various cultures in our hometown. When applying and looking for university/college to go our main focus was to feel at home away from home. At Michigan State University, we are able to find a community with similar background and culture. Our art and business journey has been impacted in expressing ourselves and incorporating traditions and cultural meanings to the brand.
